monthly advisor commission
An agent brought us a publicly traded parking services company. The connectivity requirement was straightforward — payment terminals and gate control in the garages they operate, general internet at their valet locations.
The billing was not. Usage swings from one site to the next, and every dollar has to be charged back to an individual cost center. A single consolidated invoice, which is what most providers hand you, would have turned reconciliation into a monthly project.
We built the account the way the customer needed it.
A router at each site on pay-as-you-go, sized to actual use
Hundreds of accounts, and a unique cost center for each of them, making reconciliation a breeze at the end of each month
Customer optimizes usage before we cut the invoice
The advisor made the introduction and then went back to work.
A router at each site on a pay-as-you-go plan sized to what the site uses
Hundreds of separate billing accounts, each garage to the right cost center
Usage reviewed and optimized by the customer before we invoice
Around 200 locations, roughly $10,000 a month, about $2,000 of it to the advisor
